Euthanasia and cremation:
This is one of the most delicate procedures we handle. We recognize the importance of providing a gentle, and compassionate environment for this difficult decision. We have taken all of this into consideration and have created a bereavement room to ensure a peaceful and comfortable final moment for both pet and owner. Our room is moved far from the noise and hustle of the daily happenings so there will be no disturbances as you say good-bye to your pet. We have a separate exit for you to leave allowing you the privacy to grieve. We recommend making an appointment, we want to be able to ensure we have our bereavement available. But should you find you have to make an emergency decision, our staff will work hard to accommodate your need. We consider this of highest priority.
Many people have concerns about what happens to their pet once they leave them for cremation. Will I get my pet's ashes back? We want to assure you that the crematory we have chosen to care for your pet is of the highest standard. Their caring staff will handle your pet with tenderness and compassion. They know how much each pet means to the family who has lost them. Whether you choose individual cremation (receiving ashes back) or a simple cremation (receiving no ashes back) you can be assured your pet is treated with tender care.
