To allow sufficient time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
We do have “drop-off” appointments available. A drop off means you could bring your pet at the time that is convenient for you, we will work your pet in between already scheduled appointments. Once the exam and procedure is complete we will contact you to arrange a time for pick up and to go overdiagnosis and discharge.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
