  • Kati Carpenter
    Practice Manager
Kati Carpenter, CVT has always had a passion for animals and medicine leading her to pursue a career in the veterinary field. She moved from Washington State to Arizona in the fall of 2007 and promptly began her studies at Kaplan College where she earned her degree in veterinary technology and graduated

valedictorian. In January of 2010, she sat for both the Arizona State and National board exams and has maintained her title of CVT (Certified Veterinary Technician) ever since. During school and while studying for the licensing exam, she discovered she has a unique gift of organization and an amazing ability to teach others in a fun and easily understandable way, this created and fueled her goal of not only helping fellow students pass their exams by hosting study groups and coaching peers to find their learning styles, but to become a leader in her field and striving to find a way to make everyone grow in their goals and become more successful. This goal has grown into a passion and over the years she has traveled to seminars and worked with leaders in the mentoring field to find a way to incorporate training, education and personal development into her management style.

Once graduated, she took a position with the emergency clinic that she had completed many observations and externships with during school and even though she was easily qualified to become a technician, she recognized the importance of every position in the hospital and declined a technician position. Instead, wanting to avoid missing out on any pieces of the “workplace puzzle,” she accepted a level one Kennel Technician position and picked up shifts as a Front Office Receptionist on the weekends. From here she worked through their tiered training program and mastered every position in the hospital. In her career she has taken leadership roles in 3 more animal hospitals before beginning her new adventure here at Faust Animal Hospital as the Practice Manager.
Kati brings to the practice an extensive knowledge of regenerative medicine and experience in Platelet Rich Plasma and Stem Cell Therapy. She has years of Inventory Management experience as well and is working to revamp our prices and keep our practice as current and as economical as possible for our clients. Kati believes in empowerment of our staff through education and has upcoming projects that will make each member of our staff more valuable and educated, benefiting our customers by improving overall patient care and increasing client education.

Kati has been married to her wonderful husband, Chad, since 2016 and they share their home, in Buckeye, with their daughter, Mylie and their son, Grayson. Kati’s step daughter Hailey lives in Flagstaff, pursuing her passion for medicine with a nursing degree through Northern Arizona University. Kati loves hiking and camping and being outside in the country with her family, the human family members as well as the ones with paws and hooves.

  • Tamie Levine
    Office Manager / Client Relations

I was born in Denver, CO and moved to Arizona in 1992. I have always had a love for animals, which is what brought me to working at a veterinary hospital, and then here to Faust Animal Hospital. I am blessed to share my home with my husband Jay and my amazing son Austin, plus our menagerie of animals.

We have 2 chihuahuas, Apple and Tuman (AKA Tuman the Tiny Terrorist) and now our latest addition Little Man a Manchester Terrier Mix (AKA the Goat Herder). We have 1 bird, 2 horses, Maverick and Jag, and 2 Nigerian Dwarf Goats Daisy and Dixie. We also have a beautiful aquarium with various fresh water fish.

I am very active doing outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, camping, swimming, and horseback riding. Sharing time with our son Austin is still my greatest joy. I also enjoy reading and time at home with my family.

  • Tammi Holloway
    Lead Technician
I have been in the veterinary field since 1997. I have a special interest in feline medicine and all things that purr. With a true love of veterinary medicine, I so adore all things furry. I moved here from Houston, TX in 2012 and share my home with my husband Brian, 2 pit bulls named Loki and Xena, a pit-healer mix named Supai, 4 cats, Rocket, Storm, Nola, Doodlebug and a ball python named Behula. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter Lacee and my grandson Marcel who has very quickly become the center of my attention. I look forward to furthering my career with the Faust team and am excited to meet all of my new clients and their furbabies!
  • Rudy Cat
    Resident House Cat
I've been at Faust since 2005. I was a kitten suffering from heat stroke when I was brought to the nice people of Faust. They nursed me back to health and I have been here ever since. You can usually find me lounging in the doctor's office or on my special seat cushion in the break room. My job is comforting the nervous and anxious kitties that come to visit. Don't be alarmed if I join you on the bench in the cat waiting area to offer my support. I have to say the dog visitors are not so eager to share seating space with me. I have learned over the years which ones to approach and developed a keen sense of when to run! Come in and say hello, I would love to meet you!
